"All of the residential construction will be guided by a set of architectural controls which have been established to maintain the luxury concept and preserve the look and feel of the natural surrounds. The Oasis Pacifico Pool
A small ways up from the beach is the future site of the development's swimming pool, the site's Oasis, which is located among natural rock formations and palm trees. This will function as a voluntary rental pool to generate revenue and offset expenses for homeowners.
