Current pricing for a lot at Oasis Pacifico starts at $90,000 CND and ranges to $140,000 for panoramic ocean views. The lot sizes range from 750 square meters to 950 square meters (approximately one and three quarters the size of an average residential lot in Calgary). Maintenance Fees
Oasis Pacifico will have a homeowners association that will maintain the common areas, green spaces and roads in the development, including the centre-piece community pool. Homeowners fees will not be due until 50% of the entire development has been built. Initial estimates suggest that the monthly homeowner fee will be less than $300 CND.
Revenue Opportunity
Additionally, there will be a voluntary rental pool in place to generate revenue and offset expenses for homeowners.
